Funding

• If you are a employed on a CDI (indefinite-term contract), you can obtain funding for your training via:

• Your company’s training plan.  Contact your Human Resources Department directly
• A congé individuel de formation (Individual Training Leave) organised through your company’s collection agency (OPACIF*)

• If you are employed on a CDD (fixed-term contract) or a CNE (New Employment Contract), your training may be funded by:

• Your company’s training plan.  Contact your Human Resources Department directly;
• A congé individuel de formation (Individual Training Leave) organised through your company’s collection agency (OPACIF*).

• If you are a job seeker, your training may be funded by:

• A congé individuel de formation (Individual Training Leave) organised through your company’s collection agency (OPACIF*), if you are at the end of a CDD (fixed-term contract)
• The ANPE (French Job Centre), after an interview with an adviser and acceptance of your application.

University continuing education departments also handle funding applications for training.

* FONGECIF/OPACIF: joint body in charge of organising Individual Training Leave.  It is responsible for the collection and management of company contributions towards Individual Training Leave and for providing employees with information about training courses.
